    Avatar and Signature regulations

Post by Scaglietti on Tue Aug 14, 2007 10:05 pm

    Avatar Regulations
Your avatar must not be no greater than 150 pixels, the height no greater than 200 pixels, and the file size no more than 32 KB. Do not try to upload avatars any bigger or you will receive a warning.

    Signature Regulations
    The limits are:

images: One 600x150 pixel image OR any combination of images such that the width does not exceed 600 pixels and the height does not exceed 150 pixels

text: 1 or 2 lines of normal sized text in addition to images. If no images are used, 5-6 lines of normal sized text (or 1-2 lines of larger text) are acceptable.

THESE LIMITS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE AND ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED.

    (Complete rules)

    1. Signatures must be under 600 by 150 pixels.

    2. You are allowed text in your signature... But keep in mind, If you already have a sig that is 600 x 150 and then you write 5 lines of just writing, I will say it is too big.. 1 or 2 is more appropriate.

    3. If you want to stack two pictures, or put them side-by-side, they still must be within the limits. When the two pictures are on top of each other they should not by higher then 150 pixels. If pictures are placed side by side, they should not increase 600 pixels long.

    4. If you use a signature that is flash, these rules still apply to you. Make sure your flash is still under 600 by 150.
